July, 2026:

Dear Parents/Guardians:

We hope you are all enjoying the Summer as you look forward to another school year starting soon.  We are reaching out to remind you that you must complete the Aeries Data Confirmation prior to the start of the new school year.  You can begin confirming your data online now using the information you received from LJSD through Parent Square.  Meadow Green will send follow-up communication and reminders about completing this process.  The link is available on our website, https://meadowgreen.ljsd.org.  

Like recent years, there is no longer a need to bring signed physical copies of any forms to the office, all forms will be signed electronically during data confirmation.  

By mid-July, you should have received communication from LJSD through Parent Square, with the email address that you used to create an account.  You will need to enter that, along with your password to reconfirm your data for this school year.  

If you are a new Meadow Green family or are a continuing family with a new student starting next year, your Parent Square message with include the information needed to create an account for a new student, including your child's identification number, verification pass code, and primary telephone number. You will need to create a parent portal account for your new student and confirm his/her information. If you have another student already in Lowell Joint, you can simply add your new student by logging on to your existing Aeries Portal account.
